The epitome of luxury, Robinsons of Bawtry offer a curated selection of the finest clothing; every piece making a statement. An official authorised retailer of esteemed brands in the north-east since 1986; the store offers luxurious sophistication to their customers.

The Problem.

Stuck with an underperforming website that struggled to deliver the little traffic it received due to a poor user interface and low SEO scores, Robinsons of Bawtry were losing money and losing hope.

Time was of the essence, to support the physical retail store, we urgently needed to drive revenue back into the business through their online channel.

The amount of eCommerce dev time required to bring it up to speed on the existing platform would have taken a lot of time and money. A fast turnaround was needed; delivering an SEO-friendly site that was fit for purpose; one that produced a strong ROI.

We’ve recently added Shopify POS to remove a rather overloaded POS system, saving money and keeping product data and their synchronisations in one central stock management hub – giving Robinsons a much clearer view of how much the business is turning over at any one point.

We’re now planning for a move to Shopify Plus, which includes helping them to upgrade to new features around the checkout and increase overall efficiencies.
