Project Manager
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced project manager to join our delivery team.
The role at a glance.
You will be responsible for the delivery of a wide variety of different client projects. This role will cover the management of a variety of Magento 2 projects, Adobe Commerce, Aero and Shopify projects.
Training on Magento will be supplied, along with Adobe Solutions Specialist certification.
- Define project team (internally and externally).
- To project manage the resources in the studio including scheduling and direction of the team.
- Ensure client projects are delivered within the time required to make the project profitable to the highest quality.
- Communicate project plans and job status to clients.
- Foresee and solve problems around delivery issues
- Plan all projects that are delivered through the business, minimising the mistakes or over-servicing that could cause delays in service delivery.
- Document all business processes relating to service delivery (from sales, and client onboarding to project handover).
- Ensure project documentation is signed and project stages or jobs are formally signed off.
- Ensure that timesheets and invoices correlate accurately.
- Advise on positive/negative resourcing requirements at least two months ahead of requirements.
What we’d like
- At least 2 years working in an agency environment
- Experience managing complex eCommerce projects
- A passion for eCommerce
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with project management software
- Previous experience working with Magento would be desirable
